Patient Centered In All We Do

We offer breakthrough mental health treatment in Washington and Arizona.
About Us

Patient-Centered Team Care

We are a husband and wife team committed to creating a patient-centric model of care. As a psychologist and psychiatrist, our shared journey in the field of mental health allows us to combine two different perspectives, experiences, and insights into our approach. We believe in understanding the unique needs and experiences of each individual. Rather than just focusing on symptom relief, we seek to address the root cause of illness. Through this approach, we are able to create personalized treatment plans for long-term health.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all sessions telehealth or do you offer in-person sessions?

Currently all sessions are telehealth. We do not offer in-person appointments. Please note that we are only able to conduct telehealth sessions in states where we are licensed.

Can I use my insurance?

At the time, we do not accept insurance to ensure we deliver high-quality care that meets our standards. However, we do provide "superbills" for out-of-network reimbursement for services covered under your plan if it offers this benefit (for example, a PPO plan).

What forms of payment does the practice accept?

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and Zelle.

Do I need to see a psychologist or a psychiatrist?

Initially, you'll meet with our psychologist to assess if a referral to our psychiatrist for medication management is necessary. Research indicates that the best outcomes for certain mental health conditions are achieved through a combination of individual therapy and medication management. A specialized treatment plan will be tailored to your needs, which may involve a collaborative care approach where you consult with both the psychiatrist and psychologist at the same time.
